I went here to work on some school work, there's a cafe and a bookstore with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Inside the cafe they have a "Laptop Free: 11-6pm Today" but there were plenty of people inside on their laptops. It's a very relaxing place, I recommend their tangerine ginger iced tea and their everything bagel.

Great little place to get some peace and coffee. Although there were a lot of book genres available, not tons of different books for each genre. Very artsy and cool atmosphere though would definitely go again when/if I'm in the area.

I've lived in Montague my whole life and I've watched this place get progressively overrun with Hipsters and tourists trying to find some mecca of Western Mass culture. The place itself is fine but it's getting so heavily gentrified that it makes me sick. It isn't a local spot and it can't return to its roots as long as there's a small group exploiting the Bookmill location for some sort of capitalistic gain. It's supposed to be about the people but it's about expensive food, fancy coffees and photo shoots.

Yeahhh, look, this place is really cool. The whole atmosphere and where the place is physically located is great. Definitely recommend going here to just like...sit. Or paint or read or whatever you like to do. If you're going to order food though, you're on your own. I ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with cream cheese. Pretty simple right? I guess not, I got a cold plain bagel with cream cheese. There weren't even any other people in the restaurant at the time. Although I'm not sure restaurant is an accurate description of this place. Cafe maybe? Anyway, they totally botched my order. I'm still kind of salty about it.

Excellent bookstore in Montague, MA, USA. Very fair price and so many options... The place is warm and located close to a river and very scenic panorama around the building.
