Might be just me. But the first time I went, it was bad. I had the fish and chips, unfortunately the batter they used was bland, and the fries were super salty. First time impression. Went yesterday, and well same thing. Food was bland. I had the Riffs burrito, had a weird bland taste and a hot burrito with lettuce was odd, got soggy from the heat of the food. My boyfriend had a chicken fried steak burger, he said the beef wasn’t seasoned and it was pretty bland itself. Even the fries were just not flavorful. Only thing I enjoyed was the sweet potatoe fries and the modified flavorful ketchup. I normally give 2 chances to restaurants, and unfortunately this hasn’t won my business.
Slow and shoddy service. Nice presentation but poorly prepared. Hot dog bun only cooked on one side. Effort put into making relish and mustard look nice resulted in having no mustard on hot dog.
Came out for a break from cooking in her own kitchen. Service is always been fantastic and the food is always been very comparable for the area. It would be nice if they had some padded seating after a long day but you can't get everything in one place right?
Over priced drinks especially for Turner falls area. I also had a bad experience. The food was great but not drinks.
